- It is forbidden to use the audio guide with the speakerphone, please use headphones, or in the absence, read the texts.
- It is forbidden to talk on the phone and please silence the cell phone ringtone.
- Please speak quietly with respect to other visitors.
- Please do not rush and respect the direction of travel.
- Please wait for your turn at the various points and do not stand in front of other visitors.
The surveillance staff is available to visitors for any indication and information; he is also responsible for the safety of the objects and the smooth running of the visit: the indications and prescriptions of the surveillance staff must therefore be carefully followed.
In the event of incompatible behaviors, the staff will have the right to remove from the house whoever was responsible for such behavior, while the management reserves the right to undertake appropriate initiatives and measures in all locations.
